Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

We can't repro the issue on our test devices so can't really help with the build number and the bug report unfortunately we got this crashes through our crash reporting service. I can share a list of devices and os versions this crash is occurring if it helps.

There are 2 connections but the second one times out. There was a bug where the second timer would not be set properly.

With T1B1.220819 on a Pixel 6, I cannot reproduce this issue.

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Connect to and pair with BLE device. In my case I used nRF Mobile Connect
2. Take BLE device out of range to get a disconnect
3. Start a 'direct' BLE connection attempt
What did you expect to happen?
Connection attempt times out after 30 sec
What actually happened?
Connection attempt doesn't time out
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
