What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. On always-on-display (AoD), the artist is misaligned from the title.
2. The animation from AoD to the lockscreen isn't present. The media title just moves to a different part of screen without any animation, while the time, date, weather and other content animates smoothly to the lockscreen. Looks very unfinished.
3. On Pixel 4, the notifications - including the media player - don't appear on the lockscreen with no option to change it. On Pixel 5, the notifications appear correctly there but the media player animation still isn't connected with the lockscreen.
