DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL: As per attached screenshot, "Car" library fails to resolve from Android Studio "Chipmunk"/"Dolphin"/"Electric Eel" ("ArcticFox" and "Bumblebee" were OK)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Download, unzip and open attached android project in Android Studio "ArcticFox" or "Bumblebee"
Inspect file "CarHelper.kt"
Should observe code looks normal/OK
Close Android Studio, launch Android Studio "Chipmunk"/"Dolphin"/"Electric Eel", and re-open attached project
Inspect file "CarHelper.kt"
Should observe "Car" library resolution fail (red in IDE as per attached screenshots)
