The "SDK emulator directory is missing" error message shows up when the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\emulator\mksdcard.exe file is not present on disk. Can you check if the file is there?

hit finish it says "SDK emulator directory is missing" and nothing to do
- but it should install the sdk.
- Is this a security related issue? No
