Note however that we plan to restart the rollout soon. IIUC the version 2.7.13 of Blosm was released with a fix: could you confirm with the developer that this version of the plugin would continue working if we were to restart the rollout now?

Description
Large Enterprise security polices often explicilty require the use of Custom Service Account. The customer needs to be able to manage cross project data access using Custom Service Accounts, to comply with their security policies.
They also do not want to have to manage both a Service Agent and a Custom Service Account. Their Custom Service Account has access to the cross project data, so the service agent should inherit that permission when using a CSA.
