Not sure when this regression occurred but it seems one can't scroll a TreeTable horizontally with the trackpad. Horizontal scrolling can still be done with the scrollbar or a mouse, but on trackpad it seems broken.

Features I've reproed in:

1. Files table in Device File Explorer
2. Top-Down table in CPU System Trace Recording in Profilers
3. Test results table in testing against multiple devices in Run window

Note: you need to resize the panel the tree sits in or column(s) in the table to get the scrollbar to appear.

I'm also able to repro upstream in the Android plugin in IntelliJ 2022.3, so it might be something we address there also.
