Option is just not available. According to Jetbrains, the appropriate plugin hasn't been open sourced: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-170484/Android-can-not-run-tests-with-Firebase-Test-Lab-available-since-AndroidStudio-2.2#focus=Comments-27-5581070.0-0

Any chance Google enables JetBrains to add this functionality to IntelliJ?
