Hello, I have faceing the same error.
Materialized view {PROJECT}:{DB}.{MET_VIEW} has a CDC table as base table {PROJECT}:{DB}.{TABLE} but does not have valid max_staleness. Materialized views over CDC tables must have max_staleness set at least 2 times the base table's max_staleness: 0-0 0 0:0:0

Problem you have encountered:
Unable to create Materialized views for tables which include CDC data
What you expected to happen:
Being able to create materialized views in tables with CDC data
Steps to reproduce:
Create a materialized view in tables that include CDC data. You will get an error message.
This feature is already being considered, and further information will be provided at a later date.
