I have a Pixel 4XL and a Pixel Gen 1 charge stand which has been working reliably for several years, most recently with Android 12. Wireless charging stopped working as soon as I upgraded to Android 13.

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. While using the phone normally
2. The UI stops responding to any touch.
3. Basically it freezes
4. Have to click the power button to turn the screen of and on again.
5. Sometimes it starts working and sometimes you have to restart the phone
6. Without restarting the phone the phone is unusable
7. Also, apps crashes randomly
