What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open up chrome
2. Begin typing a web address
3. Phone becomes unresponsive, continues to play music, then crashes

What did you expect to happen?
To be able to type into Chrome.

What actually happened?
The phone becomes unresponsive, continues to play audio for a minute, then crashes.

How often has this happened?
Frequently

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

Additional comments
As a PE teacher one of my communication devices for emergencies when I'm outside with my students is my phone. I also use my phone to take attendance and had to take several minutes out of class time to submit the attendance on a different device. I'm switching back to the public version hoping my phone is stable enough to be relied on again. It would be nice to have confirmation that this is a software issue as the phone isn't paid off and would be disappointing if it doesn't make it to its pay off date. Thank you.
