1. Filling out a registration form for internet access at a public network

What did you expect to happen?
That I could coplete the form

What actually happened?
the phone froze and was unresponsive to all inputs except a complete restart

Frequently

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

Additional comments
This problem of the system freezing has just started happening recently. It happens with no apparent reason or warning.
