What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. I don't have precise repro steps because it's not user driven behaviour. I'll open up the phone, start using it, and either a notification comes in or I'm using the camera and the whole UI stalls, unresponsive to buttons, often times will remain so until screen dims from inactivity.
2. Usually when using camera or somehow related to notifications. The bug report logs if they include data from pre-reboot should have useful information asy phone just rebooted because of this.

What did you expect to happen?
Using the phone doesn't stall the UI - like before this latest QPR update.

What actually happened?
Phone stalled, I tried to wake it up by pressing power button twice and it didn't work, after some timeout phone went black without fade and then rebooted.

Additional comments
This is disruptive enough that I'll be leaving beta program soon as we hit a stable release.
