What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Use my phone like normal. I have not found a step-by-step process to repeat it

What actually happened?
My screen freezes and does not respond anymore. I can feel the phone is still active (when holding the power button I can feel the vibration from Google Assistant activating for example). However, nothing I can do changes anything to the screen. Even pressing the power button to turn the screen on/off does not work. Only solution is hard reset (holding power and volume up for ~15sec)

Happens around 3-5 times a day.
Did not notice very specific patterns, but might have to do with heavy processor usage or something (often when opening big apps or taking pictures, though not always).
I have had another thing happen a few times: the screen freezes for ~5sec and then continues, but I repeatedly keep getting popups that "System UI is not responding" until I tap "Close app" and the screen resets. I suspect this is another version of the same issue (only usually I am not able to see the "system UI is not responding" popup because my screen is frozen)
Very annoying, have had a lot of issues because of it (missed an Uber because it kept displaying "5min away" and screen was frozen, low battery life because frozen screen doesn't turn itself off so it uses all battery if unnoticed, etc etc). Please look into this.
