What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Scroll the screen in full speed (flick the screen for scroll)
2. At times the phone hangs completely
3. Reboots on its own after a few minutes or force reboot with power button long press

What did you expect to happen?
Phone should not hang or reboot in such a way

What actually happened?
Phone does hang in a bad way and reboots

How often has this happened?
Occasionally

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable
