1. Happens randomly but the system ui crashes if you switch apps
What did you expect to happen?
System UI to not Crash
What actually happened?
System UI crashes randomly and hangs up the phone

Occasionally

Extreme - device was unusable

Had to hard restart the phone by holding down the power button
