1. Plug in cable attached to a charger
2. Go to home screen
3. Witness notification
What did you expect to happen?
Charging and Rapid Charging to begin
What actually happened?
Notification appeared stating "Issue with charging accessory", but it is charging.

Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Slight
Additional comments
Not sure if it's work or not to charge, but swapping cables and chargers is a time waste.
