What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Plug original Google usb cable to charge phone with a Laptop
2. Warning notification shows up
3. Phone appears to charge normally
What did you expect to happen?
Battery charging rapidly
What actually happened?
Warning notification appeared, apparently the phone is still charging rapidly
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally
