When we use an email and password provider to sign in to our application, it is not triggering the blocking function. For account linking to federated IDP, email link or phone number, the beforeSignIn blocking function is triggered without any issues.

As per the public documentation [1] it does not trigger for email and password provider. We want this functionality to be implemented.

The main objective of this Feature Request is to incorporate the email and password provider while triggering Blocking Functions.
