DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Open Android Studio
Click the settings icon (Bottom left icon on the welcome screen)
Click the "Check for updates" menu item
Click the green bubble icon at the bottom on the right side

ATTACH SCREENSHOTS/RECORDINGS OF THE ISSUE

ATTACH LOG FILES (Select Help > Show Log in Files, or Show Log in Finder on a Mac)
