We uploaded the app(app Bundle) that we made for internal testing of Google Play Store. The following error occurred in the pre-launch report.

It did not occur in all devices, but only in devices with the following characteristics
Equipment: Samsung SM-G981U1
Screen Size: 1440x3200
Android 버전 : Android 10(SDK 29)
RAM : 12,288MB

Language: en_GB

They want us to check and respond before the release.
It only came out in the pre-launch report, and it did not work in our app operation/test environment. Which part should I check?
