What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Done with record screen

What did you expect to happen?
When i go outdoor, auto brightness work and go to maximum. After few minute, the brightness go down suddenly but it show in the settings that brightness is max

What actually happened?
Brightness is too low now when outdoor. And i can't manually increase it. To solve it, i just don't touch the phone few minute and then it work again until i go outdoor few minute.

Every time

You will see that brightness go down suddenly
