Hi,

For a Scheduler I put a frequency of "0 9 1-7 * 2", expecting it to trigger "Every first Tuesday of the month at 9:00AM".
But it triggered yesterday (August 15th), on the third Tuesday of the month.
I learnt that the Day of the week and Day of the month fields were not exclusive so it actually triggered "Every Tuesday of every month".
This looks buggy to me, is it really expected and is there no way to specify my need, other than adding a check in my code?
