Description
The attach to debugger action in the device explorer works only when a matching run configuration is selected, ideally, it should not rely on the configuration and have the same behavior as the Attach debugger to android process dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Device Explorer -> Processes tab
2. Make sure you have a non Android app run configuration selected (this would be very common in non-gradle case, but can also happen in gradle if you previously ran a test for example)
2. Right click on a process -> Attach debugger
3. Observe debugger is not attached
