This has happened again:
- on 14 (U1B2.230922.006)
- with Phone 116.0.569902160-publicbeta
Phone number +33162099549
successfully made my phone ring even though +33162######
is in my blocked ranges.
ba...@google.com <ba...@google.com> #4
Please let me know if the blocked number is precisely similar to the blocked msisdn?
mo...@gmail.com <mo...@gmail.com> #5
I will try adding 33162######
(msisdn) instead of +33162######
to my blocked ranges. I will report back with my findings.

I have tested the following setup: +33669452906
has been trying to call me repeatedly.
The call was blocked when I had the following in the blocked numbers:
33669452906
(MSISDN), single phone number (NOT what I want -- I want to block a range)
The call was not blocked with the following in the blocked numbers:
336694529**
336694529*
336694529##
336694529#
Android 14 (U1B2.230922.006
), Phone 116.0.569902160-publicbeta

Hi Google, I really need some help on that matter. I'm receiving a huge number of spam calls (> 10 in the past week) and all of them would be dealt with if I knew how to block calls from number ranges. Please advise.

Unfortunately there is currently no functionality in the Phone by Google app to block phone numbers in bulk.
mo...@gmail.com <mo...@gmail.com> #9
Then I just need to wait until it is implemented. This feature would be incredibly helpful for your users in France.

Seriously, WTF? re:
This ticket is a feature request where users request new features. This means that users ask for features that are not yet available and do not exist.
If users can't request new features in feature requests, how the fuck is Android supposed to improve?
