For addresses such as

• 201 Cedar St, Dudley, NC 28333
• 7268 Calvin Road, Upper Darby, PA

the 'locality" and "sublocality_level_1" details are missing from the API response. Due to this it is not possible to derive the city of these addresses.

I understand that the documentation below specifies that city can be derived differently in different places, but for the examples above, how can we derive the city?

To reproduce we can use the above link itself, and in the sample form type the address mentioned above. The city field will remain vacant in the form.
