Correct JCEF is not bundled by default with Android Studio see
There's some workarounds mentioned there you could try e.g. downloading a similar version from JetBrains but with JCEF support and running Android Studio with that JRE.
If that doesn't work I suggest reaching out to the plugin developers of Bito.

1. Describe the bug or issue that you're seeing.
When I write a readme, I can't see the actual design of the readme, which is possible in Intellij Ultimate and Community Edition.
To see the design I had to install another plugin.
2. Attach log files from Android Studio
2A. In the IDE, select the Help..Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data menu option.
2B. Create a diagnostic report and save it to your local computer.
2C. Attach the report to this bug using the Add attachments button.
In addition to logs, please attach a screenshot or recording that illustrates the problem.
