Description
Problem you have encountered:
When Users call the method 1 through the API and they are receiving the following error.
projects.tenants.list
The error message should be more descriptive as they are unable to determine if the given ProjectID is in fact invalid or IdP is not enabled.
What you would like to accomplish:
Users would like to have a more descriptive error message that clearly pointed to the issue at hand.
When Identity Platform or multi-tenancy is not enabled the error message should be along the lines: Identity Platform/Multi-tenancy is not enabled.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
The current error message is ambiguous as it is not clear what the error is with the request or the project itself.
Steps to reproduce:
Scenario 1: Create a new project and attempt to call the method WITHOUT enabling Identity Platform.
Scenario 2: Create a new project, enable Identity Platform and call the method WITHOUT enabled multi-tenancy.
In both cases the error message is the above one.
