1.Problem description: There is no "Restore from" Google Photos "entry at the bottom of the empty page on the OPPO album homepage

2. Reason for the problem:

ApiClient. shouldConnectToPhotos() returned an abnormal value with shouldConnected=false, resulting in an empty page hiding the Google Cloud entry. SDK version number: googleBackupSdkVersion=1.1.8-Alpha

This is the bug tracker for the Google Photos API. Is this an issue with the API, or with something else? If it an issue with the API, could you please describe the issue in more detail?
