Add some tests for TestMonotonicFrameClock's current behavior.
This is in preparation for modifying the clock to include a custom
continuation interceptor.

Description
We are using your GeocodeService API and to normalize we are expecting always 7 pieces of information
number, street, city, province, community, country and postal code.
In this particular case it doesn't return the community information and we can't normalize the address.
Please, can you check it?
