Our engineering team had a go at reproducing this condition and couldn't. Could you please build us a reproduction case along the lines of https://github.com/domesticmouse/MovingMarkerPosition ?
Description
How this might work: Expanding Cloud Scheduler's supported regions to include asia-south2. This would allow users to schedule and run jobs in that specific region.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: Alternative regions might not meet latency or regulatory requirements for specific workflows, particularly disaster recovery scenarios requiring regional job execution.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): In order to view all the supported Cloud Scheduler regions, simply execute 'gcloud scheduler locations list' in Cloud Shell
