Main GUI does not show widgets or app icons. App drawer appears empty
Happened after
1. Open Facebook link from whatsapp without internet connections
2. Attempt to refresh page by tapping it
3. Enable data
4. Attempt again, still falling
5. Go to "desktop" or how it is called
6. No Apps, no widgets, Apps still react by opening when clicking where they would be normally
