Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

Description
We have extracted the plat_service_contexts files (from Latest GSI Image) and made comparison with SS sepolicy service_contexts. The changes are missing.
hence the CTS test failed issue occurring.
