I'm having to disable Google play store because otherwise my device battery will not charge. I'm plugged in to charger, but when I enable play store my battery percentage stays at 1 percent. Then shuts my device off completely. I see in develpor setting that all Google sponsored apps are showing frequent. I don't use anything other than Google voice. My WiFi connection shows excellent. Why is this happening. Please assist. Secondly, I'm not receiving any incoming text or calls to my voice number, which uses volp server. Please open my ports, and review the caa error. Can you imagine not being able to communicate due to Google features bugging
