CAMERAX VERSION: 1.4.0-beta01

ANDROID OS BUILD NUMBER: Any OS

DEVICE NAME: Any devices

DESCRIPTION:

VideoCapture's asPersistentRecording doesn't work any longer in 1.4.0-beta01. The previous version alpha05 is fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Reassigned to le...@google.com.
