Description
Issue summary: The customer deployed the model fails to startup with no logs shown. They can't see the previous logs when the endpoint is partially failed. After the endpoint becomes Ready status, they can see the logs which are generated after the endpoint successful deployment.By Default filter we are not able to see the logs. But using the Model ID filter to see the specific logs it works.
