Jetpack Compose version: 1.6.8

According to this migration guide (

https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/348896032), we should remove the tv-foundation dependency that depends on the 1.6.8 core foundation and migrate to the core foundation, but we can't.

LocalBringIntoViewSpec has been around since beta 1.7.0, and we have to migrate to an unstable version with lots of breaking changes like RippleConfiguration, ripple() and so on.

We want to stay on version 1.6.8 and try to remove tv-foundation, so we need a backport of LocalBringIntoViewSpec

FYI, I managed to fix this by installing Google Webview (Dev) from the app store

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview.dev

I then Disabled and re-enabled regular Webview and now gmail works as normal.
