This is an inquiry regarding the text on the Google developer site below.
"HWC implementations should support:
At least four overlays:
Status bar
System bar
App
Wallpaper/background
"
As shown above, this means that at least 4 overlays must be supported.
I wonder if this means 4 hw layers or a software layer.
If this means that there must be at least 4 HW Layers,
I am also curious as to whether the above matter is related to Google's GAS certification.
