What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.

1. setup new android app with maps, but forget to do one thing (e.g. adding meta-data with key or play-services version)
2. install and run the app
3. notice blank map (or crash if it was version number)
4. correct it
5. reinstall and run the app
6. notice blank map
7. uninstall the app
8. install and run the app
9. notice map loads
