While the SATELLITE and HYBRID map types include bathymetry, your ROADMAP and TERRAIN map types do not. It would make sense if bathymetry were also included in your TERRAIN map: just as you hillshade the land surface, doing the same for the sea floor would vastly improve the aesthetics and utility of the map; especially when you consider that oceans cover roughly 70% of the Earth's total area. (I'm also a bit biased because my work involves the insular Pacific Ocean where there is much ocean and little land!)

The bathymetry hillshade would overlay onto your existing water color (light blue, although this is user configurable). Plus, an advantage to providing bathymetry on a lighter/configurable base color is that it can improve visibility of darker overlays that users might wish to display, which can sometimes be difficult to see on top of the dark navy blue bathymetry of your SATELLITE and HYBRID maps.
