What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect chomecast to TV
2. Chromecast outputs 60hz regardless of stream
3. Resulting playback (of UK content) unpleasantly jerky

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth video content becomes jerky

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest chromecast image, playback from iOS apps for YouTube and BBC iplayer

Please provide any additional information below.
I understand this has been raised many times,

issue 374

seems to be full of angry voices. Chromecast just needs a 50hz default option for European users.

I'd also love to see this as a formula, in order to apply conditional formatting based on the whether the content of a cell passes the data validation rule or not. Something like ISVALID(value).
