My Android WearOS app keeps getting rejected in the play store due to problem related to the ongoing activity. But, I don't have an ongoing activity. I've appeal multiple times and gone back and forth with the team there, but they keep saying it's rejected because of

When a user has an ongoing activity, your app did not do one or more of the following:

Show the ongoing activity indicator on the watch face.
Update recent apps with the appropriate app launcher chip for the ongoing activity.

I can't get anyone to tell me why it's failing this test or what to do about it. The only service I have is for the complication, and I mentioned that to them and it was ignored.
