What type of Android issue is this?

What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Press button to bring up screen to close out apps or be on app menu or on Another home screen
2. Press home and it doesn't take you to the home Screen from doing those 3 things like it should

What did you expect to happen?
Home button to take me to the main screen like it used to with previous version or when your in an app and press it to take you to the home screen

What actually happened?
Nothing happens when home is pushed in those scenarios
