It started showing Celsius for me now. This maybe because I've installed the latest Google Play System Update (I had to fetch manually for it to appear).

Seems like it was fixed now. After rebooting it showed Celsius until the Google App was started. So I guess it was a bug with assistant. After resetting the Google App once again, it keeps showing Celsius now.

"At a glance" widget should show it in Celsius
What actually happened?
It keeps showing in Fahrenheit. Even though the Pixel Weather App and Google App show it in Celsius. I changed it to Celsius in the regional preferences and in the Google Assistant settings. In the Google App I set my region to Germany. My system language is English (Germany). Rebooting or switching back and forth from Fahrenheit does not fix this. Also disabling weather information for "at a glance" and enabling it again does not fix this.
