In our company we we have a "experimentation" project where any data scientist can do stuff. One if these stuff is of course creating assets. Now my problem is that I cannot force my colleagues to curate their experiments, it would take ages and we would fail the "experimentation" experience. What I would like to do is coding a little "garbage collector" pipeline that delete assets when they are sitting in this project for more than a year without anybody accessing them.

Problem is I don't have access to this information, I can only see the "last modified" which is not sufficient for my use case. Is it something that could be implemented ?
