Since updating to android 4.3 my nexus 10 has been experiencing memory leak conditions. I pulled up an app that runs the "top" linux command and found that when the system starts lagging there are 6+ instances of the process each using 50+MB of RAM.

Rebooting temporarily cures the lag.

There should be possible to open source in any installed (or minSdk for project) android API version, because compileSdk is not only one used for run the app.

Why it takes so long to release source code to SDK when the sources was already pushed to GIT?
