Studio Build: 2.2 Preview
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right-click Layout folder, New > Layout resource file
2. Add a qualifer like Screen Width.
The input box for the qualifier name takes up too much space and the available qualifier list becomes tiny. See screenshot.
