When an app contains only background services, RUN_IN_BACKGROUND OP can destroy the service.

But when there are both foreground and background services declared in an app's manifest, RUN_IN_BACKGROUND OP stops nothing.

Besides, what if a developer start the service again in Service.onDestroy()? Did you team considered this situation?

Just to make sure I understand the request, you want LatLng coordinates translated to
absolute pixel coordinates? Is that correct?
