Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

I am writing to follow up on the issue regarding the data update.
Unfortunately, the update is still showing the same issue where data is
being lost. Could you kindly provide a revised solution that ensures no
data loss during the update process? It is crucial that all data remains
intact and is not compromised.

The sound came from only one top right microphone

I thought this would be fixed with updates, but unfortunately it looks like this is either by design or no one has even thought about it in all this time since this tablet was released on Android 13. It is very difficult to record voices from this tablet and the result is not always a bastion of quality. You either have to hold it very close to your mouth or just not record anything on it at all because the quality leaves much to be desired.
