As of writing, the Rust toolchain on ChromeOS doesn't support LTO. This blocks the enablement of CFI for cross-language interop (b/40266913). ATM CFI is enabled here: https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:build/config/sanitizers/BUILD.gn;l=261-284;drc=c8eef76f65145af7b81d642d819080af9bb359f1.
