Additional comments
Disconnect and reconnect USB does not resolve issue. Closing and reopening app does not solve issue. Full restart necessary to get playback to work. Happens with Apple Music and Audible. Playback is stopped and cannot start even if the app was not open at the time.
Accepting the call does NOT cause the issue, only declining.
YouTube and YouTube Music are NOT impacted, only non native apps.
